Placing an Order

From the possible collections, select the products that you would like to order by clicking on the collection image, or on the collection name on the navigation bar.

By clicking on the left hand side thumbnail image of the item, a large image opens, showing the product detail, price, and description.

If there are colour options for an item, you can see the images and colour names in the dropdown menu.

You can increase the number of the same item by repeatedly clicking the 'add button, or by typing in the desired number of items in the space provided.

You can always see the current number of items as well as the value of the basket on the bottom left hand side of the screen.

By clicking on 'view shopping basket' you can control your order and proceed through the secure Streamline system.

In the shopping basket you are able to 'remove' any items that you do not wish to pay for. The sub-total of the basket at this point excludes delivery charges and taxes - these are automatically calculated based on the country the order will be delivered to.

You can pay for your goods online using a credit or debit card on our secure payment system operated by Streamline.

All transactions are shown in British Pound Sterling - £.

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and quoted in £, exclusive of delivery charges.

We would like you to feel as comfortable as possible when ordering and paying online. This is way all transactions on the Funky Bling site use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information to and from our site. Payment is taken by the world-renowned Streamline online merchant system.

We have selected the Streamline payment system to ensure that you can order in a secure and reputable online environment. Your personal card details are handled solely by the Streamline servers and not stored after the transaction has be been approved or declined by your Bank. You can verify when the secure mode is active by the security icon (a padlock or key icon) at the bottom right-hand-side corner of your browser or on the content window - depending on the type and version of internet browser you use.

If you do not wish to pay for your goods online, simply send an email to sales@funkybling.co.uk or call us on +44 (0)20 79780129        with the item names, number of items, colours and your phone number and delivery details.

A Funky Bling sales representative will contact you either by phone or email to ensure that your order is processed and delivered. Alternatively, browse through the Funky Bling stockists on the website and purchase the items you are after in-store.

Delivery

Every Funky Bling Order will be delivered in either a gift box or pouch with care card.

United Kingdom
England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales:

• Orders are dispatched by next day Special Delivery (UK only) and require a signature upon receipt.
• The charge for UK delivery is fixed at £5.00 per order.
• Goods from stock are dispatched within 48 hours. You will be notified by email when your order has been dispatched. Typically, UK orders are delivered on the next working day from the dispatch date.

Europe
Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faeroe Islands, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Republic of Moldova, Romania, San Marino, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tajikistan, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Vatican City State, Yugoslavia:

• Orders are dispatched by Registered Post and require a signature upon receipt.
• The charge for European delivery is fixed at £8.00 per order.
• Goods from stock are dispatched within 48 hours. You will be notified by email when your order has been dispatched. Typically, European orders are delivered within 5 - 7 working days (depending on the location) from the dispatch date.

Rest of the World
All countries that are not listed as either in the United Kingdom or Europe are subject to the 'Rest of the World' delivery charges:

• Orders are dispatched by Registered Post and require a signature upon receipt.
• The charge for Rest of the World delivery is fixed at £10.00 per order.
• Goods from stock are dispatched within 48 hours. You will be notified by email when your order has been dispatched. Typically, Rest of the World orders are delivered within 5 - 7 working days (depending on the location) from the dispatch date.

 
Availability

We endeavour to only display available stock on this website. If items that you order are out of stock or subject to a delay, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our contact enquiries, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. We will not supply a substitute product without your express authority. Once an item is sold out, it will be removed from the website catalogue at our earliest opportunity.

Returns

We offer refunds on any product ordered online if returned unworn within 14 days of receipt. We would ask you to keep all packaging and return the goods as they were sent out - by registered post. The delivery charge on the original order will not be refunded. Please enclose the dispatch note that accompanied your order together with the items within 14 days of receipt. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are returned to us in a saleable condition. When sending your return, please obtain a Proof of Postage in case the parcel fails to reach us, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. You can choose to have an exchange or a full refund. Please note that Funky Bling Ltd will not pay for the cost of return postage unless the goods are faulty or damaged.

The following are the terms and conditions for the sale of goods that will govern any contract for the sale that we enter into without exception. Please read these terms and conditions carefully:

• We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
• Goods are subject to availability. Should we be unable to supply, we will contact you as soon as possible and ensure that no payment is taken for the goods (or any payment already taken is refunded in full).
• All prices on our website are exclusive of any applicable VAT.
• All images on this site are for illustration purposes only. We endeavour to show a true representation of the product on sale, however on occasions product designs, colour schemes or packaging can change. Please take note of product descriptions as well as images whilst choosing your products.
